2009 Face of America Bike Ride

Hey guys! Sorry it's been a while! Not a lot has been going on, just waiting to start my new meds for my stomach and to talk to my doctor again this Tuesday.

The first of April (2-6) I'll be going on a charity trip to TN to just do some work on the Indian reservation for a few days. Should be fun!! It'll be nice to get out of here! And it'll be TDY so I don't have to use leave or pay for anything, so even better! It's through the chaplain services, so it'll be good at well. The Chaplain leading it, is the one that would always come and see me in the hospital and has always kept tabs on me since being here.

The end of April I'll be doing a bike ride through Soldiers Angels, and I encourage you to check this out! www.worldteamsport.org is the website.

They donate bikes for us to use for the ride and Friday through Sunday they pay for everything we will need. Free for service members but civilians are welcome and encouraged to take part, though it has a cost of $50 for them to ride.
